I use [the Topicals Slather] body serum every night for drier areas of my body, like my arms and elbows. The mix of retinol, urea, lactic and glycolic acid is great for exfoliating, smoothing, and evening out my body’s skin tone.”

“This is the hardest question maybe ever, as my shower, vanity, and makeup bags are loaded with female-owned beauty brands. I could create multiple routines on women-owned brands alone! But if I had to choose, I’d say the Papaya Scalp Scrub by Ceremonia and Tower 28’s Shineon Lip Jelly in the shade Coconut are on heavy rotation lately and will be timeless products in my arsenal. The first reason I love them is because I love the founders, Babba (Ceremonia) and Amy (Tower 28). They’re both super talented and have done a beautiful job building vibrant and inspiring brands. They’re also minority-owned brands found at Sephora, which is a huge plus.

The Papaya Scalp Scrub literally smells like minty paradise. It’s refreshing and such a unique texture that makes the shampooing process far from boring. A truly transportive product. Tower 28’s lip jelly is by far the best lip oil in the game—not sticky, perfect pigment, and great color assortment. I love the shade Coconut because it’s the most flattering of the bunch—that soft dusty rose is my go-to for any time of day. And of course, no look is complete without my creation, Chill Tips, our nail art press-ons that you can pick up at Target.”

“Scents are like the quiet soundtrack to my life. I’m very intentional about setting a mood or a vibe both at work and my personal space. I find it incredibly powerful how a fragrance can be so energetically stimulating and mood altering. Candles play a huge part in how I navigate spaces and set my tone for the day or night. I’ve fallen deeply in love with the Forvr Mood candles by Jackie Aina. Jackie truly lives the mantra of self-care and has such clear intentions in the energy each one of her candles brings. Each collection is especially curated to take you on a journey to somewhere special. Jackie also is a woman who puts great intention behind supporting other women, which makes supporting her collections even more special.

Henry Rose fragrances by Michelle Pfeiffer have been layered through every thread of my wardrobe and every inch of my body from head to toe from the moment I was introduced to the brand. I’ve never experienced a fragrance collection where I enjoyed every note of every scent. The magic of these euphoric scents elevates even more when they are layered together to tell different fragrance stories. They are so harmonious and never overbearing. Michelle’s fragrances are also all warm, cozy, and familiar. As I discovered the origin stories of each of the collection scents, I fell deeper in love, as the love, intention, and emotion of each note is really what permeates and inspires you to live in them. They’re like a warm hug from someone you love. Not to mention, they are dermatologist-tested with 100% ingredient transparency. My all-time favorite fragrance is Torn.”

“I’ve been using Briogeo’s mask for years, and I love it because it targets damage, split ends, breakage, dryness, and frizz. I style my hair a lot, and this mask helps to strengthen it and help prevent future damage. The founder, Nancy Twine, is so inspiring, and I’m so proud of all that Briogeo has achieved with their amazing formulas!
