Fashion People Are Talking About These 5 New Things

If it seems like fashion news is moving at a mile a minute, well, you’re not alone. Despite our numerous social media feeds and perpetual press releases, it can be hard to keep up with the latest industry news, even as full-time editors, which is why we’re boiling it down to just the basics. Here are the five new things fashion people are talking about right now…

Golden Hour

On January 15, Bvlgari hosted a chic cocktail party to celebrate the worldwide debut of its new Bvlgari Eternal collection. Held at Bvlgari’s new Rodeo Drive flagship, the event attracted an impeccably well-dressed crowd, including Maude Apatow, Ryan Destiny, Phoebe Dynevor, Paris Jackson, and others. Apatow wore the hero piece of the collection: the Vimini Bracelet, which takes inspiration from a design from 1942. If you missed the soiree, don’t fret. From now until February 22, 2026, a curated selection of stunning archival Bvlgari pieces from the ’40s to ’90s will be on display at the store. See you there.

Modern Gentlemen

Louis Vuitton gathered L.A.’s sharpest dressers to celebrate its spring/summer 2026 menswear collection in Beverly Hills. Fai Khadra, Delfin Finley, Kohshin Finley, Jordan Huxhold, Zack Lugo, and Ashley Scarrott were among the attendees on hand to view the latest pieces designed by the house’s Men’s Creative Director, Pharrell Williams. Crafted with precision and the world’s finest materials, the collection will no doubt fly off shelves this spring.

Top It Off

Hollywood’s favorite hat brand, Janessa Leoné, counts Meghan Markle, Lily Collins, and Anne Hathaway among its many celebrity fans. From December 21 to 23, the L.A.-based label is making a special appearance at the posh Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, offering a curated selection of its best-selling sun hats. If you’re not island-bound this month, don’t fret: Janessa Leoné will have additional pop-ups at the impeccable resort in 2026.
