Amazon Prime Day 2025 live: Best deals and expert shopping tips

This is definitely the most boring deal I’ll bring you today, but if you’re in the market for a six-foot USB-C cable that can handle fast-charging on everything up to a MacBook Pro, trusted brand Anker is selling them for a tenner a pop.

USB-C cables from no-name Amazon brands are a roll of the dice. Not all are created equal, and often they’re not actually able to deliver the fast-charging they promise. Anker is reliable and affordable, and this six-foot, braided USB-C cable perfect if you need another iPhone cable and don’t want to pay over the odds for an official one.

Meta’s mission to make virtual reality more affordable gets a big boost this Prime Day, with an £80 discount on the Quest 3S. This is a great deal on the larger 256GB model, bringing it down to the usual price of the entry-level 128GB version.

The Quest 3S is the perfect entry point into the world of mixed reality. It runs on the same powerful processor as the more expensive Quest 3, so games and experiences are incredibly smooth, and you get full-colour passthrough to see your real-world surroundings. While the graphics aren’t quite as sharp, our tester Alex Lee called it “the best entry-level device you’ll find” in his Meta Quest 3 review.

Here’s a deal that will have fans rushing to their baskets. The iconic Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm, a cult buy for many, has a 30 per cent discount for Prime Big Deal Days.

The Apple AirTag four-pack is back down to its discount price of £84. A tepid deal, sure, but they don’t go any lower than this during big sales.

The best key finder for iPhone users, the AirTags are waterproof, long-lasting and hard-wearing. Attach one to something you don’t want to lose – your bag, your keys – and you can locate it using Apple’s ‘Find My’ network, a network that invisibly uses the Bluetooth receivers of every iPhone and iPad in the world to look out for lost belongings.

Okay, this one is personally painful for my bank account. I’ve just finished my review of the LG C5, crowning it the best TV for gaming in 2025. And now, for Prime Day, it’s dropped to its cheapest ever price. I am one encouraging word away from buying one.

The C5’s OLED panel delivers perfect blacks and infinite contrast, while a full suite of next-gen features, including a 144Hz refresh rate, four full-bandwidth HDMI 2.1 ports and ultra-low input lag, make it the ultimate display for PS5, Xbox and PC gamers. It’s an impressive five-star television for any kind of entertainment.

As with all televisions it will get cheaper and cheaper, but this Prime Day deal is the cheapest this 2025 set has ever been.

If you’re considering lacing up your running shoes now that the weather’s cooled off, you should consider a pair of open-ear headphones. They’re great for anyone who wants to stay aware of their surroundings while listening to music outdoors.

I’ve tested loads, and the Shokz OpenFit 2 are my favourites. They’ve just been slashed by 33 per cent in the Prime Day sale, making it the perfect time to grab a pair.

These are my top-rated open-ear headphones for a reason: they deliver great audio without blocking out the world around you. If you’re fighting a losing battle against pet hair, this is a Prime Day deal you (and your hairy pet) need to see. One of Shark’s best Stratos cordless vacuums has just had its price slashed by over £110, bringing this powerful cleaning tool below the £200 mark.

A similar model from the Stratos range landed a top spot in our review of the best cordless vacuum cleaners. My colleague Joanne praised its design and ease of use, noting that “although on the heavier side, it’s surprisingly nimble to use, and the flexible wand enables you to get right under sofas and low furniture.”

This Pet Pro version is packed with Shark’s best tech, including ‘anti-hair wrap plus’, a ‘duoclean’ floorhead for all surfaces and ‘clean sense IQ’, which automatically adjusts suction power depending on the severity of the mess.

Ninja’s clever vertical air fryer solved the biggest problem with dual-drawer models: the massive amount of counter space they take up. It’s been a hugely popular, often sold-out gadget since it launched, which makes this rare Prime Day discount a real standout deal.

This is the extra-large version, with a 9.5L capacity that’s big enough to feed up to eight people. Its two drawers are stacked vertically to give it a much slimmer footprint, and each comes with a rack to create four distinct cooking levels. It puts us in mind of Dante’s Inferno, if instead of circles of hell it was racks of chicken goujons.

As summer fades and outdoor drying becomes a distant memory we regale the children about, the humble heated clothes airer is once again here to save our laundry. They’re a popular purchase every autumn, unsurprisingly enough, which means lots of heated competition come October Prime Day.
