Drew Starkey and Taylor Russell Pose for Loewe, Plus More News

Welcome to the Week in Fashion, Bazaar’s at-a-glance guide to what the industry is talking about.
Drew Starkey and Taylor Russell Touch Some Grass in Earthy Loewe Shoot
While Loewe has become synonymous with cheeky references and boundary-pushing silhouettes, creative director Jonathan Anderson has also made the brand popular for its celebrity campaigns, which often recruit a mix of rising stars and industry veterans.
Queue the latest shoot from the Spanish fashion house, where Anderson recruited none other than Queer’s Drew Starkey, who has been the talk of Hollywood for weeks, with his buzzy LGBTQ+ drama sure to get some Oscar noms come late January.
In the photos, shot by David Sims, Starkey becomes one with the earth, wearing pieces from Loewe’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection while walking around in the dirt and laying in piles of leaves deep within the forests of Spain. Joined by the actor is one of Anderson’s longtime muses, Taylor Russell, as well as global brand ambassador Wang Yibo, who both model pieces while posing in similar natural settings.
So this is what people mean when they say you should go out and touch some grass. Check out the collections here.
J.Crew x Araks Unveil a Limited-Edition Lingerie Collection
There’s more history within the new J.Crew and Araks collaboration than some might realize.
As it turns out, before Araks Yeramyan founded her namesake label, the creative director worked on the design team at J.Crew, a job that clearly only solidified her love of fashion.
Now, to celebrate that longtime connection, J.Crew and Araks have teamed up for a new limited-edition capsule that offers a range of lingerie and sleepwear in eye-popping colors and luxurious textures.
“I started at J.Crew in 1998 and it was an incredibly formative experience,” Yeramyan said in a quote. “One of the most inspiring things I took away was the idea of a color library. J.Crew had a room filled with containers of fabric swatches, yarn scraps, anything with color—a treasure trove of inspiration. Seeing that was transformative. It inspired me to create my own color library, which is now an essential part of how I develop my palettes.”

Gucci Offers Up “Endless Narratives” With New Window Concepts
These aren’t your average window dressings. Gucci has just unveiled the latest concept for their displays, called “Endless Narratives,” which are exhibits meant to “intertwine objects, ideas, and stories into infinite possibilities.”
The concept is the result of a new collaboration with Italian artist Luca Pignatelli, who lends around 80 limited-edition pieces of art to the exhibition—pieces that highlight the ongoing themes of time and cultural memory.
A press release from the maison noted that: “With Endless Narratives, the house’s windows become more than displays, they are portals into a universe where objects inspire, and stories endlessly unfold. An invitation to lean closer, to reflect, and to uncover new perspectives, these windows act as mirrors of culture and imagination, embodying the boundless creativity at the heart of Gucci. The creativity will inspire Gucci stores around the world throughout the year, with objects on display changing periodically alongside showcased products and collections. As part of this evolving vision, Endless Narratives will slightly adapt across boutiques around the world.”
Balenciaga Shows Off Its Sporty Side With a Basketball-Inspired Edit
Balenciaga is starting off 2025 with a slam dunk.
The luxury fashion house launched the Balenciaga Basketball Series on Thursday, January 9—a new capsule collection that honors sportswear, and specifically bball, in only the way Balenciaga could.
This collection precedes the release of the 2025 basketball sneaker, which fashion fans got a glimpse of in the Spring/Summer and Fall 2025 collections. But this edit goes all out, expanding beyond sneakers to include everything from jerseys to varsity jackets to shorts and more. Check out the entire collection here.
FKA Twigs and On Kick Off 2025 in Training Mode
At the start of the new year, many people find themselves hitting the gym as they try to develop new habits, and FKA Twigs is here to keep us motivated.
The experimental singer and artistic visionary is continuing her partnership with On by releasing a brand-new training collection, which honors Twigs’s lifelong dedication to fitness.
“The way that I train can be linked to a new dance form that I want to discover, or movement form I want to dive into,” the artist said in a statement. “It helps me express myself and can influence my music and my art.”
In typical Twigs fashion, the new collection was also accompanied by a series of short films, in which dance, gymnastics, strength training, and performance art were combined in one sleek package.

The Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami Anniversary Collection Gets a Series of Global Pop-Ups
You’ve likely already heard about the re-edition of the Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami collaboration—a new 20th anniversary collection that reimagines the beloved collab (and was modeled by none other than Zendaya).
But while the collection already went on sale earlier this month, that’s not quite the end of it. As it turns out, Louis Vuitton is unveiling a series of pop-ups around the world as a further way to celebrate the collection.
Inspired by Tokyo’s famous modular hotels, these spaces will not only act as a place to shop the collection (or “Chapter One” as the brand says, suggesting that there will be future drops), but they will also offer visitors art installations, short films, a cafe, and even a care station for shoppers who own products from the original collection that might need a little bit of love.
In January, seven cities around the world will host these pop-ups, including New York, London, Milan, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, and Tokyo, where the largest activation will live. You can visit these spaces now through the end of January, and the NYC location is located at 104 Prince Street in SoHo.
Harris Dickinson Is So Babygirl in Playful Prada Campaign
Nicole Kidman may be the titular “Babygirl” in the new Halina Reijn-directed erotic thriller, but her co-star, Harris Dickinson, has become the internet’s babygirl with his new Prada campaign.
In a series of photos shot by Steven Meisel and creative directed by Ferdinando Verderi, Dickinson models pieces from Prada’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, from sharply-tailored dress shirts and slacks to cardigans paired with rich leather handbags.
Fittingly, the campaign was titled “Prada Protagonist,” and Dickinson’s leading man power is evident as he alternates between his best blue steel and genuine giggles as he poses in front of a stark white backdrop. If only they’d had some milk…
