Casual and Cozy – Hooded Sweater and Step Hem Jeans

This is definitely my work from home style. I like to have comfy clothing that is soft and also warm since I get cold easily. After I finished my ordering, I went outside and fired up the grill to cook ribs for supper.

This navy hooded sweater is one that I’ve had for a couple of years. I also have it in an ivory color, but this is the one I wear the most. It is lightweight, has plenty of stretch to it, and looks nice enough to wear out running errands, etc.

The step hem jeans are new, even though you would think I’ve had them for years from the look of the frayed hem. I love jeans like this for a casual outfit since it is modern and youthful. These jeans hit me right at my ankle bone, and they have a lot of stretch so they are very comfortable.

Going to the Farmer’s Market Style – T-Shirt and Jeans

My daughter wanted me to go to the farmer’s market with her, and I couldn’t say no. I love looking at all the food, homemade and homegrown, plus there are always flowers and crafts that seem to call my name.

I threw on this graphic t-shirt, which is pretty thick and heavy. It is usually cool in the mornings, so I picked this shirt because it was heavy enough to keep me warm..plus, I like the graphic!

The Girlfriend Jeans are by Wit & Wisdom, so you know that means comfort. They have a relaxed fit, but not a sloppy fit. If you want them to fit slimmer, I would size down. I like the cuff feature which helps to show off your shoes.

I layered this sweatshirt peacoat over my t-shirt because the farmer’s market is in the shade, and it usually has a breeze flowing through. That’s wonderful in the summer months, but in early spring, it can be chilly. This triple fleece peacoat will keep the chillbumps at bay! The jacket is on the $$$ side, but it is on sale with code LOVE for 15% off.

Getting my Nails Done – Satin Tee and Track Pants

My daughter is so funny. While we were at the farmer’s market, I mentioned that I needed to get my nails done. She usually goes with me, but she showed me hers and said that she did them herself. So, I messaged my granddaughter and asked if she wanted to go with me instead. Guess who was not happy when she found out that I went with my mini-me, and he wasn’t invited. Lol! I thought she had already done her nails and didn’t need to go.

I love this Matte Satin Tee because it doesn’t have the shiny sheen of normal satin. Satin feels great against my skin, but the shine is too dressy for a casual look. This tee works great for a casual look, and I also have it in black. I dressed it up with my everyday jewelry because I’m fancy like that. Haha!

I love these Striped Wide Leg Track Pants! Stripes are huge this year, and I love that the stripes are only down the sides. But, the great thing about these pants is the comfort. They are so comfortable, and I’ll be using these as travel pants. They also have a zipper in the pocket to keep you from losing money, rings, etc.

Everybody needs a pair of solid White Sneakers! They go with everything, even dresses. This pair has removable inserts and is washable.

Joe cleans up nicely! I laughed when he came out to get a photo with me. “You know that you are wearing a UNTUCKit shirt, right? That means it is supposed to be worn untucked.” He just shrugged and kept it tucked. So, I guess that means the shirt is “versatile.”

Feeling Springy with White Jeans and a Bright Shirt

I was taking a few photos for a post about white jeans that you’ll see soon. This outfit was so comfy that I ended up wearing it once the shoot was over.

This Floral Long Sleeve Blouse has some of the Lily Pulitzer vibes, but at a MUCH more affordable price point. I wish I had sized down to a medium, but I think this on will still work with shorts if I tie it in the front.

I can NEVER find jeans from Amazon that I like, but this pair changed all that. The White Front Pocket Jeans actually fit great and I liked the front pocket style that is so popular at the moment. I sized up to a 10, and they fit great and aren’t see-through, so that’s a huge plus. Also, they are affordable since the price point is under $40!

I’ve made a monster out of Joe. He loves all the new clothing, and he puts on a fashion show for me when it comes in. So, I ordered him in a few things while I was placing my Quince order.

This brand always has the cutest, feminine tops. I couldn’t resist placing an order, and I know you’ll love all of them.

Frank & Eileen

Frank & Eileen never have sales, so I was surprised last week when I saw they had a code for 15% off. Use code LOVE for 15% off through 5/1/25! I immediately took advantage of the sale to order a few things I’ve been wanting to try.

JCrew Factory

I’m working on a post about different short lengths, so I wanted to place an order for the Frankie. I love this length, it is 9″, which is a flattering length.

Amazon

I’ve placed a huge order since Amazon is still having the Big Spring Sale, and I’ll be ordering more today! I was surprised to see that AMAZON was a top retailer picked from my survey; it came in 2nd. Talbots was the only retailer above Amazon. So, that tells me that you want to see more Amazon fashions, home, beauty, etc.
